Handling Quality Rating Method is of great significance for aircraft airworthiness certification.Its evaluation factors include flight envelope,atmospheric disturbance and system status.At present,domestic research on the evaluation of handling quality rating still lacks operational guidance,and this problem has been plaguing applicants for a long time.A method determining the state of flight envelope is proposed,which refines the characteristics of factors such as aircraft overload,attitude,altitude and engine state under NFE,OFE and LFE.Starting from the state of flight envelope,atmospheric disturbance and system fault status,a probability calculation method of the system multistate fault is analyzed,which provides a specific implementation process for the determination of handling quality and failure list.The relationship model between the handling quality and the state of aircraft is established.Aiming at different failure state cases of the elevator,the probability that the occurrence of multi state failures is solved,and the minimum handling quality requirement of the aircraft under different states is obtained.This method can be used to determine the failure list of the whole aircraft,providing technical support for the handling quality rating.In the simulated flight test platform,the handling quality rating test of take-off phase was carried out.The respiratory,pulse and ECG signals of the test subjects were measured.The study of the physiological parameters and the subjective evaluation was conducted.Study finds that if the subjective rating is higher,the respiratory rate will be slower,pulse frequency will be faster,and the L/F ratio of the ECG will be higher,indicating that the subject's effort is greater.A linear regression model was established to study the relationship between subjective ratings and physiological parameters.The test result shows that there is a significant linear relationship among the respiratory,pulse and ECG and subjective ratings of the subjects and this linear model is reliable.A BP neural network is established based on the flight parameters and the subjective quality rating.Using the flight parameters as the input and the subjective evaluation as the output of the neural network,the relationship between them is analyzed.This network is used to evaluate the contribution rate of flight parameters to the quality of handling,and to analyze the influence of different parameters.The iterative curve,training samples and test samples after neural network training showed that the model training results are successful and the output is reliable.
