With the increasingly serious of world energy supply and demand situation and environmental problems,the development of renewable energy has become a consensus,among which offshore wind power development is particularly rapid.The complex and variable operating environment at offshore makes the turbine components have high failure risk,poor accessibility and expensive transportation cost,resulting in high operation and maintenance cost in offshore wind farm.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a reasonable and effective maintenance strategy to reduce the operation and maintenance cost of offshore wind farm.In this paper,we consider the advantages of condition-based maintenance and opportunistic maintenance strategy,a dynamic opportunistic condition-based maintenance strategy based on the average effective maintenance cost is proposed to optimize a series of maintenance schedules for turbine components with different degradation state under different periods in offshore wind farm.Firstly,leveraging multiple condition monitoring data collected from wind turbine components to extract their unique degradation patterns,the Artificial Neural Network model is devised to predict the remaining life distributions of the turbine components.Based on the remaining life prediction information of turbine components,we also consider the effect of changeable maintenance lead time on the implementation of a planned maintenance plan by carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the maintenance actions economics and the remaining useful life reliability.The average effective maintenance cost functions are proposed which used to make maintenance decisions for each turbine component.Finally,an opportunistic condition-based maintenance optimization model that consider economic dependence between wind turbines and components is then established by choosing optimal condition maintenance threshold and opportunistic maintenance threshold that minimizes the annual operation and maintenance cost of the offshore wind farm.The results show that the average effective maintenance cost function is reasonable and economical in supporting the maintenance decisions of turbine components by considering the long and vary maintenance lead time.Moreover,the proposed opportunistic condition-based maintenance strategy is economically effective in reducing the operation and maintenance cost of offshore wind farm compared with other benchmark maintenance strategies.This paper aims to provide a new comprehensive maintenance mode for the actual operation and maintenance of offshore wind farm to reduce the operation and maintenance cost.
