Structural reliability analysis has great significance for the design and construction of engineering structures.In recent years,many scholars have carried out lots of research on structural reliability analysis,and proposed various calculation methods,but some of these methods rely on too much assumptions to have high computational efficiency.The other of these methods rely on computer technology,its repeated complex calculations with large number of samples reduce the computational efficiency.Based on the High Dimension Model Representation and Kriging method,a surrogate model is proposed in this paper.Based on this surrogate model,a structural reliability analysis method is introduced,and some of existing methods are improved.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)It is difficult to accurately select the approximate surrogate model function form for the traditional response surface method,which tends to cause a large gap between the approximate failure surface and the original failure surface,and finally obtain the problem of false failure probability.Based on the high modal expression and the Kriging function.The Kriging-HDMR surrogate model structural reliability analysis is based on this model.The examples show that this method can effectively give a surrogate model with certain precision and high computational efficiency.(2)It is difficult to find the failure domain of structural system efficiently for the existing reliability analysis method.The method in this paper base on Kriging-HDMR surrogate model with pseudo-Markov chain and K-means clustering method,and propose to identify the failure domain and establish the structural system.The examples show that this method can effectively solve the structural reliability problem in multiple failure modes,and it can obtain a relatively accurate failure probability while having higher computational efficiency.(3)For the existing method of obtaining PDF of the structure directly from the structural function,the calculation method is large and the concept is complex.It is based on the Kriging-HDMR surrogate model combined with the Fourier transform method.A method of deriving a structural probability density function based on the structural response,and then integrating the PDF to obtain a result.The examples show that this method can obtain a more accurate structural probability distribution density function,and the calculation efficiency is relatively high.
