With the global energy crisis and environmental problems have become increasingly serious,electric vehicle technology has become an important solution to sustainable development of the issues,and gets a rapidly development in recent years.Mini-electric truck van has no pollution,low energy consumption,low noise,as a kind of green vehicle,it has a good prospect of in the context of urban transport.Trough the single speed reducer is satisfactory in general to demands of the vehicle power performance and fuel economy,it can't meet simultaneously power performance demands,maximum speed and acceleration time,thus it needs a more powerful drive motor to match the power performance requirements.In rencent years,more and more reseachers fouces on the multi-shift transimissions technology for electric vehicle.By adopting the transimission system in the powertrain of the EV,it can reduce the cost of the driving motor and improve the power performance of the vehicle.For electric vehicle,introducing 2-speed AMT can achieve comprehension balance among the cost,dynamic performance and economic performance.This paper takes the powertrain system of mini-electric truck van with 2-speed AMT as the reseach object.Foucing on the parameter matching of powertrain,analyzing the shifting schedule of 2-speed AMT,developmenting a control system for 2-speed AMT.Firstly,the matching of parameters for mini-electric truck van powertrain is finished basing on the performance evaluation of the design requirements.Then,the driveline system of mini-electric truck van is modeled by using the Matlab/Simulink,as a platform for the study of the shifting schedule of 2-speed AMT.After finishing the parameters matching,shifting schedule of the 2-speed AMT is studied based on power and economy respectively.Then a optimized shifting schedule based on dynamic programming is studied in order to get a two parameter economy shifting schedule.In this shifting schedule,battery efficiency,drive motor efficiency are both considered,it also consider the power performance and owns the same acceleration performance with the dynamic shfting schedule.Also,the shifting control stategy is proposed and the controller of 2-speed AMT is development.For 2-speed AMT,after analyzing the shifting process,designing the shift motor control strategies during the process of shifting and the CAN communication logic sequence between 2-speed AMT control unit(TCU)and drive motor control unit(TCU).Then finishing the TCU design include the hardware design and software design.Finaly,the test bench is built to test the TCU control performance and the shift strategy.The test result shows that the 2-speed control unit(TCU)designed in this paper can finish the automatic control of shift process.
