With the rapid development of science,the relationship between military affairs and science is becoming more and more closely.For example,the development of simulation technology not only saves material resources and manpower,but also avoids many accidents of research.As a hardware-in-loop simulation on the ground in of aircraft,especially the missile,three-axis turntable can simulate various movements of the aircraft in the space,such as the turning,pitch and yaw.In the traditional way of designing the control system of three-axis turntable,piecing together the parameters,analyzing each component elements and calculating the characters of control system are mainly been needed to carry out the design of controller.The traditional way is not only complex but also full of chance.Because the design algorithm does not have versatility,the design method of controller must be replaced when focusing on other turntables.In order to guarantee the accuracy of the test turntable and the efficiency of the control system,this paper mainly studies different general algorithms to design the turntable controller and come up with a new intelligent algorithm which can be applied to the design of controller,abstract particle swarm optimization-genetic algorithm(APSO-GA).The main contents of this paper and the measures to ensure the generality of the design are shown as follows:1)Combined with general structure analysis and the sweep test to mo-deling the internal structure of the turntable system.2)Using the method of equivalent controller to complete the controll-er design,then make sure that the design is accurate.3)Based on the experimental results,the closed loop frequency do-main characteristics of the system are obtained through the comparison experiment.4)A new algorithm is proposed in this paper: abstract particle swarm optimization-genetic algorithm(APSO-GA).
