Based on the efficiency of rust inhibition in mortar block and the performance of mortar specimens,a green darex corrosion inhibitor with less adverse on the fluidity and compressive and flexural strength of mortar was selected out.The steel bars in the mortar specimen(with a protective layer thickness of 35mm)cannot be corroded under chloride salt condition by adding this kind of darex corrosion inhibitor.The results show that the adsorption of the inhibitor on the surface of steel reinforcement is chemical adsorption.The influence of rust inhibitor on the critical chloride threshold to destroy the steel passivation state and the critical concentration of rust inhibitor to cure the corroded steel bar under different chloride concentration were discussed.The effect of adding darex corrosion inhibitor on compressive strength and resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete was studied.The diffusion coefficient of chloride ions in C30?C60?C80 concrete structures after adding darex corrosion inhibitor was test,which was reduced to about 48.7%?44.8% and 42.9%;The diffusion coefficient of chloride ions of concrete after adding derax corrosion inhibitor and applying coating were test,which were reduced to about 26.9%?22.4% and 15.9%.The corrosion of reinforcing steel bar was tested by electrochemical workstation.The results show that the corrosion of reinforcing steel bar can be effectively prevented by adding darex corrosion inhibitor and applying coating.Steel bars in mortar specimens were removed and analyzed by XPS element,the results show that the nitrogen in the darex corrosion inhibitor can be adsorbed on the surface of steel bars stably,thus restraining the corrosion of steel bars.A simplified transport model of migration corrosion inhibitor(PCI-2016)in concrete under unsaturated conditions was studied based on Darcy's law and the law of Fick's law.Including simplified mathematical model of gas phase and liquid phase transfer process.The concentration of nitrogen in the interface region of the steel bar was measured by experiment,the comparative analysis of test results and the model calculation results shows that the simplified model has good applicability within a certain scope.The application research on the influence of two application modes of mixing and coating rust inhibitor on the durability of square pile concrete was carried out.The change of corrosion current density of steel bar working electrode after five cycles of soaking and drying was studied by LPR electrochemical test,three dimensional scanning technology was used to scan and reconstruct the steel bar,the statistical analysis of cross section area of corroded steel bars was carried out by means of mathematical statistics.The results show that the application of PCI-2016 and coating has the best effect on the corrosion resistance of reinforcing steel bar in square pile concrete.The effect of adding darex corrosion inhibitor and applying a coating is the second.
