Research On The Financing Problem Of R Company’s Internet Finance

For a long time,small and micro enterprises have had the problem of financing difficulties,although they have eased in recent years.However,under the existing system of traditional banks,this problem cannot be completely solved.However,the emergence of Internet finance has brought new opportunities for small and micro enterprise financing [1].This thesis selects R company as the research object,through research and analysis,finds the financing problem of R company,and hopes to propose corresponding solutions in the context of internet finance.First of all,this article briefly introduces the related concepts and theories of small and micro enterprise financing under Internet finance,paving the way for R company to conduct Internet financing.Secondly,it introduces R company’s development,financing status and financing objectives.Thirdly,find out the problems existing in the financing process of R company and analyze the current situation of the reasons for the financing problems of R company.Firstly,we should improve the government guarantee mechanism and strengthen supervision to reduce the financing cost and risk;secondly,we should provide better service,improve management and expand the Internet sales channels independently to stabilize performance and reduce production risk;thirdly,we should improve credit.With the system construction,improve their own credit,establish an internal environment evaluation index system to achieve information symmetry;Fourth,through the comparison of the Internet financial model,the choice of the Internet financing platform,in order to find a suitable financing channel for R company itself-the combination of Internet financing and bank pure credit loans.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that we should make good use of the Internet financial financing platform and choose the financing channels suitable for our company’s actual situation.
