| Rotary air preheater is widely used in the heat recovery of flue gas tail end of largescale boilers in thermal power plants due to its small size,compact structure,easy layout,and low metal consumption.However,the factors that have a direct and serious impact on the safe operation of the boiler and the amount of heat recovery are the level of the air leakage rate and the quality of the equipment.The disadvantage of rotary air preheaters is the large amount of air leakage.For a long time,many domestic and foreign experts,scholars and research institutions have conducted long-term exploration and research on how to reduce the air leakage rate,but there has been no substantial breakthrough in the design ideas and concepts of sealing technology.In this paper,the influencing factors of air leakage,the obvious defects in practical work and the corresponding improvement methods are discussed in detail.It provides a clear direction and method for the efficient application of the rotary air preheater in a power generation enterprise in Tangshan and the application of the new sealing technology.This paper describes in detail the structural features and working principles of the new sealing technology,describes the structure and working principle of the axial flow turbine shaft sealing system,and adopts the design concept of "sparse" and "plugging",and draws on the seal of the shaft sealing system.The method proposes a retrofit program that should establish the air leakage recovery system inside the air preheater and operate in the actual working conditions.In this study,the transformation,construction and commissioning processes of the rotary air preheater of the power plant were comprehensively introduced,and the effects and benefits of the reform were analyzed and evaluated.The results of the operation show that the program has high promotion value,and it has the advantages of less investment,easy implementation,good effect and new idea.Figure 15;Table 12;Reference 55... |
