With the rapid development of assembly structure,the application scope of precast components is more and more extensive.Among them,concrete is the most important material in construction projects.The strength of concrete directly affects the quality of the project,and can be used as an index of building safety evaluation.Strictly grasping the quality of precast concrete is imminent,therefore,a more scientific and perfect testing technology of precast concrete strength is needed through a lot of research.The test is divided into cubic test blocks and prefabricated components.The test methods include rebound method,ultrasonic-rebound synthesis method,Post-Anchorage method,pull-off method and core drilling method.The test of cube blocks includes standard curing cube blocks,380-degree and 600-degree cube blocks.The test of prefabricated components includes six prefabricated boards in Beijing,four prefabricated boards and four prefabricated beams in Tangshan,three prefabricated boards in Tianjin and 22 prefabricated boards in Shenyang.By comparing the average values of relative errors and presumptions of different testing methods,it was found that the test results of Post-anchoring method are low,the test results of pull-off method are high,the rebound method should be used for concrete strength testing of cubic blocks,and the drilling core method or ultrasonic-rebound comprehensive method should be used for concrete strength testing of prefabricated components.Higher,closer to the actual strength of concrete.At the same time,the comparison of concrete strength tests with different strength grades shows that the detection accuracy of the five methods is independent of concrete strength.Through research,the accuracy and applicability of different detection methods are obtained,and a detection method suitable for concrete strength of prefabricated members is proposed.Figure35;Table22;Reference 56...
