With the development of national economy,the servo device is developed to the orientation of precise,high speed,composite,intelligent,environmental protection,and China in this area is still in a relatively backward level,therefore,Made in China 2025 strategy,the manufacturing and assembly of the intelligence industry put forward higher requirements,ultra-precision machining and ultra high speed in the field of intelligent assembly has obtained more and more attention.Linear motor directly converts electric energy into linear motion,cancels all mechanical transmission links between the traditional rotary motor and the work table,and has the characteristics of high speed,high precision and "zero transmission".Therefore,linear motor has a broad prospect in high-end CNC equipment and can represent the future development trend.Through the traditional motor design method and the magnetic circuit method to calculate the performance of the motor,the motor size satisfied with the design goal is obtained.The finite element model is used to verify the relative performance of the motor,and the characteristics of the magnetic resistance of the motor are also obtained.For the next motor optimization laid the foundation.In order to find better optimization method for motor design optimization,this paper introduced the maxwell stress tensor method to find out the motor size parameters which has been closely associated with motor detent force,select the tooth width,runner tooth eccentric,the width of the permanent magnet,height of end tooth and the width of end tooth tuning parameters as motor variables,with average motor thrust and thrust pulsation amplitude as the optimization goal,combined with taguchi optimization algorithm,the relevance of the optimized parameters and the optimization goal.According to the proportion relation of optimized parameters,the optimal combination of motor design is obtained.At the same time,in order to obtain the global optimal combination,the innovative introduction of global optimization algorithm MVO(Multi-Verse Optimizer),the same motor structure parameters as optimization variables and a larger optimization range,the same motor average thrust and thrust pulsation amplitude as the optimization target,looking for the optimal combination.The new optimal combination is found by optimizing.Finally,this paper compares the motor performance of the optimal solution found by taguchi method and the optimal solution found by MVO algorithm.Through comparison,the global optimization algorithm MVO has better performance because of its characteristics.
