Fault Diagnosis System Of High Voltage Circuit Breaker Based On Internet Of Things

High voltage circuit breaker is a common kind of electric equipment used in the power system.In order to guarantee its performance and improve the stability of the power system,a high voltage circuit breaker fault diagnosis system based on Internet of Things is proposed through the research of fault of high voltage circuit breaker.First,an analysis was made on the common faults with high voltage circuit breaker as well as the main monitoring parameters for the circuit breaker.It was also discussed how to filter and shape the monitoring data signals collected by different types of sensor.Secondly,it carried out a research on wireless communication technology,a communication protocol was designed,and a scheme was established on data transmission between the GPRS module and the upper computer.Thirdly,a platform was built for the high voltage circuit breaker fault diagnosis system,in which monitoring signals which would be transformed into electrical signal outputs were seized by various types of sensor.The original data were collected by the NI USB 9239 acquisition card,uploaded by the GPRS module to the data center with the mobile web acting as the gateway.Finally,a high voltage circuit breaker fault diagnosis system was developed.After smoothing,the fault data of the collected original data were compared with the standard model by means of the waveform matching algorithm,and the correlations between the fault waveforms and the proportion values were also described.A diagnosis application program was developed by means of LabVIEW,A useful attempt was made in the research for online high voltage circuit breaker fault diagnosis and prediction.The fault diagnosis system for high voltage circuit breaker based on Internet of Things is helpful to solve many problems existing in the current high voltage circuit breaker,and it can provide effective operation guarantee for the entire power system.Figure 43;Table 13;Reference 45.
