Under the background of the major decision-making of the construction of a powerful transportation country and the development strategy of the Belt and Road,China will vigorously develop rail transit as one of the important measures to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of transportation and improve the traffic environment.However,one of the most difficult problems that cities face after the development of rail transit is how to deal with large passenger flows.Based on this,this paper takes the early warning research of passenger flow at the station as the entry point,controls the passenger flow at the single station level,and then controls the multi-station from the line level.It is committed to designing a set of passenger flow warning and control from the perspective of safety.The method provides a new theoretical basis for the operation and management of rail transit stations.In the process of station passenger flow early warning,the identification of passenger flow intensity based on service level theory is proposed.In order to overcome the fuzzy randomness of service level division,a service level cloud recognition model is constructed for each facility.By calculating the similarity and degree of membership of the standard cloud and the cloud to be identified,the passenger flow intensity is obtained,and then the warning level of each facility is obtained.Finally,based on the alarm situation of each facility,the cloud model is used again to obtain the early warning of the entire station.In the study of passenger flow control for a single station,the objectives and principles of passenger flow control at the station level are analyzed first,and the passenger flow control division method,control node selection and three-level passenger flow control are proposed.In order to ensure that the station serves more passengers,the station passenger flow control model with single-objective and multi-constrained single-objective and multi-constrained models with the maximum number of passengers and passengers as the objective function and the constraints of each facility and train capacity,and the model based on Matlab software Solution.In the research of multi-station coordinated passenger flow control at the line level,the definition of multi-station coordinated passenger flow control and the principle of flow control operation are analyzed first,and the necessity and scientificity of coordinated flow control are clarified.Then,the influencing factors from the passenger flow itself,the station and the train are analyzed in the coordinated control flow.Then,the mechanism of cooperative current limiting is explained from the time and space level.Finally,the logic flow of the coordinated current limiting at the line level is proposed.Finally,a multi-objective and multi-constrained passenger flow control model with maximum passenger flow turnover and minimum per capita delay is established at the line level,and a multi-objective multi-constrained passenger flow control model with maximum passenger flow turnover and minimum per capita delay is established,and a model solution method based on Lingo software and using ideal point method is presented.Finally,the Xi’an North Street Subway Station and its Xi’an Metro Line 2 are used as the targets to analyze the passenger flow warning and control of the rail transit station.Through the cloud model,the measured data of the early peak passenger flow of the North Street is judged by the early warning level,and the whole station early warning identification result is the Ilevel warning,which is consistent with the actual warning level.Based on this premise,the passenger flow control model calculation of the North Street Station is carried out,and the optimal inbound quantity of each inbound port and transfer is obtained.The Anylogic simulation verification of the passenger flow control scheme of North Street Station was carried out,and the output of the passenger flow control model was verified as the optimal solution.Finally,for the early peak passenger flow of Line 2,the multi-station coordinated flow control model is calculated with a granularity of 15 minutes,and the optimal cooperative control scheme is obtained.
