In modern commercial society,as consumers we almost every day will access to all kinds of shopping malls,supermarkets.Meanwhile,we will spend some time in the mall.Since our country has a large population,with the development of economic,private cars have increasing.Therefore,large shopping malls often faced with the huge crowd,which led to many problems such as parking problem and finding proble m for cars.In view of the above summary of modern city life's two problem,parking and finding a car,in this paper my research work is using indoor position technology,path planning technology,and so no,to design and implement a customers' parking service system based on Android,background on actual project of a company.The system can help customers to find their car,plan the path and pay online.Test and application show that this customers' parking service system can bring more humanized service and experience for large malls' parking management and people's shopping.The main research contents and work in this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,the indoor positioning technology based on Bluetooth is used in the indoor positioning function of the customer parking service system.I studied on the comparative analysis of the indoor positioning technology and determined the system for indoor positioning technology for indoor localization based on bluetooth.In this paper,the implementation of the indoor positioning function ensure the positioning quality through by controlling the positioning accuracy.This function needs to ensure that the positioning error is limited in 1.5 meters,not more than 2meters.(2)In this paper,I used a heuristic path search algorithm,A star algorithm.The system implemented the path planning function based on the users' position information created in the indoor positioning function.This path planning function of this system is through calculating the response time and the path planing accuracy to measure the quality of the function.Acceptance criteria is the system response time limited within 5000 ms.(3)In this paper,I researched and analyzed the parsing of mobile terminal map and implemented the function that displaying indoor map of malls.Malls map is transferred in SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics)format.Each floor in one mall will have their own maps and the system should change the map automatic in different floor according to the user's position confirmed in indoor positioning function and display the path automatic that searched in the path planing function.The acceptance criteria is the time loading a map should limited in 5000 ms.
