To promote the transformation and upgrading of the air conditioner industry and implementing "China made 2025" in depth,it is necessary to enhance the high-end and intelligent air-conditioner products and enhance product development and design technologies.The application of intelligent control technology and Internet technology in air conditioning products can improve the comfort and user experience of air conditioners,which rely on the performance monitoring method of air conditioning systems.Current air conditioning performance monitoring methods do not apply to home air conditioners,a simulation-based performance monitoring method for home air conditioners should be developed.In addition,the existing simulation design method has some limitations to its greater versatility in some design scenarios with special requirements in product design.The existing simulation methods need to be extended.Therefore,this paper focuses on the performance monitoring methods for developing simulation-based airconditioning systems,as well as further extending the current heat exchanger and system simulation methods,and achieved the following research results:(1)A simulation-based online performance monitoring method of room air conditioning system is proposed.The corresponding relationship between the measuring point parameters and the parameters of the refrigeration cycle is established.Combined with the compressor flow model,real-time monitoring of the heat,cooling power and energy efficiency is achieved.The verification results show that the maximum deviation of performance parameter calculation is less than 15%.The main error source is the calculation error of evaporation pressure.(2)The method of heat exchanger simulation is extended.Based on the existing heat exchanger simulation,an iterative method based on setting refrigerant outlet pressure / temperature is established.The case study shows that this method can adjust the parameters in 2-5 iterations and is very practical.(3)The simulation method of air conditioning system is extended.The flow rate automatic adjustment module is introduced into the evaporator to realize the whole machine performance simulation when the multi-flow path of the evaporator is well-known.Case studies show that this method can effectively improve the simulation accuracy of such heat exchangers and air conditioning systems.The verification results and case studies show that the simulationbased online performance monitoring method air-conditioning systems developed in this paper can predict the performance parameters of airconditioners with less than 15% deviation.The simulation methods of heat exchanger and air conditioner systems are extended with a substantial increase in the design efficiency and simulation accuracy under given conditions.
