The typical structure is an important part of aerospace products including: box ring,valve,bracket and welding frame..With the development of aerospace industry,the design and production tasks of typical structural parts are getting heavier and heavier.The process design of typical structural parts is a bottleneck problem due to the nature of many small batches.Therefore,the improvement of the process design level of the typical structure has become the key issue to improve the production capacity of the typical structure and the development speed of the aerospace products.With the introduction of knowledge engineering,the design and production of the space typical structural components are also developing in a fast and intelligent direction.Based on the experience of process document and process design,the characteristics of the typical structural features and the similarity of the process and the structure characteristics of the process documents are analyzed and summarized,forming the structural parts library,process sequence library and typical process library.Then the intelligent reasoning of technological parameters and technological parameters is realized.Finally,the intelligent design system of the typical structure is completed,and the auxiliary technologist completes the work of the typical structure piece.This is the research goal and application value of this paper.Process route planning is the key link of process design,and the traditional process route preparation is carried out by the process personnel based on personal experience according to the structural characteristics of the parts.In order to realize the intelligent reasoning of technological route,the general rules of process routing are found in a large number of historical process documents.Therefore,XML is first used to express the technological route in the historical process document,and the structure model of each process line is clearly expressed.Furthermore,according to the rules of the typical structure of the aerospace structure,the rules can be expressed as the characteristics of the association rules,the association rules model is established,and the typical sequence of processes is excavated by APRIORI algorithm.Finally,we analyze the relationship between each process and the balance of each process,the general rules and the common waste sequence of the main processes are summarized,and the problems of process route planning are transformed into the determination of the allowance sequence.The determination of allowance sequences also requires reasoning based on historical examples.We obtained the fuzzy correlation between the residual sequence and a series of parts characteristics based on the research and expert advice.In this paper,based on the rough set theory,combining with the characteristics of aerospace products,we consider the characteristics of each part in the process instance as the condition attribute,the allowance sequence as the decision attribute,so the rough set model is established.Then,the condition attribute of the allowance sequence of each process is obtained by attribute reduction,and the importance of each condition attribute to the allowance sequence is obtained and the similarity matching rule is established.Finally,the corresponding allowance sequence of the process route of the new parts is calculated by the matching rule,and the process route is generated according to the parameter intelligently.Based on the process route planning,the key parameters of each process need to be intellectualized to complete the whole process intelligent design.Through the analysis of typical working procedure,the technical parameters and corresponding characteristic conditions of each process need to be confirmed,and the corresponding BP neural network model is established.Then,using historical data to train the network and verify its errors,the network language can be acquired in the following process reasoning.Finally,the paper discusses the practical application of the relevant technology in the frame ring parts of the typical structural parts of Shanghai aerospace equipment factory.Starting from the actual situation of the technology sector,we developed intelligent design system based on the typical structure of the space technology of CAPP,this paper introduces the technical route of this system and the system structure,and the example of the system is introduced.
