In the modern energy management system,the power system state estimation occupies a critical position,especially in the electricity market play a positive impact.Although the theory of power system state estimation has been identified in the 1970 s and has been continuously optimized in recent years,there are still a lot of problems to be analyzed and dealt with in depth.With the continuous enlargement of the power grid scale,the traditional centralized state estimation of dispatch centers will face problems such as inaccurate basic data,excessively large algorithm dimensions,and overloaded maintenance of graphics and models.In response to this problem,this paper starts to design and optimize the traditional state estimation based on the distributed state estimation architecture and algorithm.Based on the study of the typical algorithm of power system state estimation,the algorithm of multi-class algorithm is analyzed.Finally,the weighted least squares estimation method is selected to create the computational method for matching the state estimation.The distributed state estimation model is designed to complete the design of the distributed state monitoring system,and the steps and principles of the parallel coordination algorithm of the distributed state estimation are elaborated.In the IEEE 30-node system,the simulation practice is carried out,and the calculation results are compared with the traditional centralized state estimation calculation results to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.Proposed a new state estimation technique: the two-level distributed state estimation between dispatch center and substation.In the substation,the data analysis check and bad data filtering are completed.The cooked data in the substation is uploaded to the dispatch center for processing,and involved in the whole grid state estimation.Analyze the advantages of the two-level distributed state estimation compared with the traditional state estimation mode,and describe in detail the key technical difficulties faced in achieving two-level distributed state estimation.An IEEE 30-node model is built to simulate the whole grid state estimation.The experimental results show that the method can remove the bad analogous data and topology errors in the substation,and improve the reliability of the whole grid state estimation in the dispatch center.
