At present,the wind power generation industry is developing rapidly,in which the 6MW turbine will be put into production.In the next few years,the larger turbine will be pushed to the society.Therefore,the volume of the wind turbines will be bigger and the internal structure is more and more complex,and the wind turbines need to work in the high altitude,the wind and the hurricanes are caused to the turbine.Impact and vibration also affect the reliability of wind turbines.In addition,the domestic wind power industry started in twenty-first Century and began to develop rapidly since 2008.All the industry owners and the whole machine manufacturers have not paid much attention to the reliability of the wind turbine.Therefore,the research on reliability data analysis and reliability growth test design for a certain type of wind turbine is heavy.At first,this paper established a model of wind turbine reliability data analysis plan,according to the reliability based data analysis,from the perspective of the maintenance data analysis,calculation of single unit maintenance frequency and unit parts failure trend,after using the way of life data analysis,selection of yaw soft starter and encoder,using two parameters Weibull method to calculate the reliability.For the fan fault frequent parts – Wind sensor,according to the five stages of implementing six sigma DMAIC analysis method,respectively,for the definition,measurement,analysis,improve and control phase,eventually determine fault factors,for key influencing factors to provide corrective actions and verify,to improve technology innovation,Wind sensor housing design and change the separation of the Wind sensor probe to integral probe innovative solutions.Some new units for reliability design,through the 2.0 MW machine maintenance frequency distribution of data is applied to the reliability of fan,the innovation try to single unit maintenance times as reliability indexes of reliability allocation of the main parts of value,as a new design of the unit,and output the corresponding DFMEA report.Finally,combining with the actual situation,formulate measures for the reliability of the whole machine manufacturer enterprise management,and reliability improvement management method is put forward.According to two aspects of process reliability and reliability technology,the design of wind turbine development,assembling manufacturing stage,operation maintenance phase respectively put forward the methods and countermeasures to enhance the reliability of wind turbines.
