Design And Implementation Of Onboard Charger Test System Based On LabVIEW

With the improvement of living standard,more and more people prefer to purchase private cars,which leads to more consumption of petroleum.As a lot of waste gas will be produced during the running of traditional fuel cars,greenhouse effect will be intensified.Thus,many governments have vigorously promoted hybrid vehicles.The performance of on-board charger needs to be guaranteed as it is an important part in charging system of hybrid vehicle.Therefore,a test system is designed to verify the performance of on-board charger.The development status of on-board charger has been first introduced in paper.Secondly,some related technologies of on-board charger have been deeply studied,such as CAN/CAN FD communication protocol and performance indicators of on-board charger.Thirdly,proper test equipments will be chosen according to indicators.At the same time,test program will be finished based on requirement analysis and the chosen test equipments.Through analyzing the test script,test program can realize multiple functions including communication,remote control of test equipments and upload test results.Fourthly,the OBC test plan will be made.And the reliability and stability will be validated by a series of sample tests.Meanwhile,the performance of test system will be compared with others'.Finally,advantages and disadvantages will be summarized.And the follow-up promotion will be put forward according to the development trend in future.As hybrid vehicle is an emerging industry,many products are still in the stage of R&D and trial run.Therefore it is very important to design an automated test system that meets the needs of products and has high reliability.
