In recent years,with the acceleration of industrial processes and the development of the concept of Internet+Industrial,the quality of electricity has increasingly become an hot issue.Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS)can ensure the safety of critical electrical equipment in manufacturing and industrial activities.Therefore,how to improve the performance of UPS to meet the electricity demand in production has become an important research topic in the current power supply field.This paper mainly focuses on the two modules of the UPS system,the boost module and the inverter module.The pre-stage boost module uses UCC28180 as the control core module,adopting Boost circuit topology.It realized active power factor correction with power factor close to 1 under one cycle control strategy,and prototypes are produced for the experimental verification of control strategy of the phase-shifted angle,zero-voltage-switching,output power characteristicsThe inverter module is the core of UPS.For this part,a compound control strategy combining PI control and repeat control is proposed in this paper.The combination of PI's well-controlled dynamic response characteristics and the ability of the elimination of periodic disturbance errors of repetitive control can effectively improve the performance of the inverter.With the single-phase full-bridge inverter circuit as the research object,a mathematical model of the system transfer function is established,and the parameter design of the repetitive controller is given according to the frequency response characteristics of the model.And the verification of composite control strategy is simulated by using the Simulink tool of MATLAB software.Finally,the hardware and software design of the single-phase full-bridge inverter is introduced.The hardware design covers the main components selection,LC filter design,drive circuit,sampling and signal conditioning circuits.The software design includes the generation of digital SPWM wave.method,sampling program,control algorithm program design and other modules.an experimental prototype is made,using TMS320F2812 as the control core,to verifies the rationality and feasibility of the control algorithm...
