| In order to meet the development needs of general aviation industry in China,a four-seat light aircraft are developing in cooperation between NUAA and Chongqing General Aviation Industry Group Co.,Ltd.According to the development plan,a new type of four-seat light seaplane(NH-40-S)will be developed based on the four-seat light aircraft in the future.Under this background,this paper carries out the conceptual design of four-seat light seaplane,which provides a reference for the future development of NH40-S seaplane.The contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects:1)The development history and research status of seaplane at home and abroad are surveyed.2)The primary design requirements for NH40-S seaplane are presented.According to design requirements,the configuration of NH40-S seaplane is determined and its engine is selected.The float configuration of the seaplane is designed.A preliminary scheme of the NH-40-S seaplane is developed.3)Based on the calculation and analysis of the center of gravity of the seaplane,the relative position between the floats and fuselage is determined,and the stability and unsinkability in water is evaluated.4)A preliminary arrangement design for connection between floats and fuselage is carried out,the structure design scheme of floats is obtained through CAE mathod.5)the aerodynamic characteristics and flight performance of NH-40-S is analyzed.The research showed that it is feasible to transform NH-40 light aircraft into seaplane,the modified seaplane could meet the performance requirements. |
