With the rapid development of aerospace technology,hypersonic aircraft has become a research hotspot,which is of great strategic significance.Hypersonic aircraft is faced with complex and harsh loading environment during its service,and thermal load is an important issue that cannot be ignored in structural design,so thermal structure of aircraft is a key factor that determines whether the aircraft can successfully complete the target mission.For the thermal structure of hypersonic aircraft,the mechanical load and heat flow density of the aircraft in service should be accurately obtained first,and the temperature field and thermal stress field of the structure should be obtained through analysis.In this paper,the thermal structure of a hypersonic wing is designed against the engineering background.First,the wing structure is designed to determine the thermal environment of the wing.According to the material selection analysis of the wing structure,the materials of different parts of the wing structure are selected.The initial design requirements of the wing are given.Then the thermal structure of the wing is designed,and the heat transfer analysis model of the thermal structure is given.Based on the above foundation,the finite element model of the wing structure is established,and the temperature field and thermal stress field of the hypersonic wing are analyzed.The whole calculation process provides some useful references for the design and analysis of the thermal structure of hypersonic vehicle. |
