High speed trains have become one of the main means of transportation for the public because it is fast,safe and economical.It is crucial to guarantee the reliability of high speed trains.Traction motor is the core component of the high speed train,which converts electrical energy into mechanical energy.It is one of the components in the traction system of high speed trains which are prone to failure,due to its harsh working conditions and special structure.Thus fault diagnose for the traction motor is of great practical significance.In this paper,the study object is the traction motor of CRH2 high speed train.Considering that the traction motor is a nonlinear system,in order to achieve its fault diagnosis,the T-S fuzzy model of the traction motor is constructed.Based on the T-S fuzzy model,the robust fault diagnosis for the traction motor,affected by uncertainties such as parameter variations,disturbances,and noise,is studied.The main contents include:Based on the mathematical model of the traction motor in the two-phase static coordinate system,the T-S fuzzy model of the traction motor is constructed.The simulation results show that the T-S fuzzy model can represent the nonlinear model of the traction motor in the two-phase static coordinate system accurately.As for the stator current sensor fault of the traction motor,based on the T-S fuzzy model of the traction motor with fault,the H_/H_? fault diagnosis observer is designed.Firstly,a T-S fuzzy model is constructed to model the motor with stator current sensor fault.Then,to estimate the sensor fault of the motor,the states of the T-S fuzzy model are augmented with sensor fault treated as new states.Based on the augmented system,a fault diagnosis observer is designed,which can be used to generate residual signal robust to disturbances and the sensitive to faults and estimate the state and the sensor fault of the motor.Finally,The simulation results valid the effectiveness of the proposed fault diagnosis method.As for the stator inter-turn short circuit fault of the traction motor,based on the T-S fuzzy model of the traction motor with fault,a sliding mode observer is designed to diagnose fault.Firstly,a T-S fuzzy model is constructed to model the motor with stator inter-turn short circuit fault.Then based on the T-S model,a sliding mode observer is designed.The observer can maintain a sliding motion even in the presence of stator fault with the equivalent output injection which is used to reconstruct the fault signal.At the same time,the H concept is used to minimize the effects of disturbances on the fault reconstruction.Besides,the constraints are transformed into linear matrix inequalities(LMIs)that are convenient to solve.Finally,the simulation results valid the effectiveness of the proposed fault diagnosis method.
