Automatic cable assembly is designed routing process and the topology of the cable assembly cable path planning optimization,the cable harness space model directly affects the efficiency and quality of routing optimization This topic is geared to the requirements of automatic routing,the environmental information modeling technology for cabling products is researched.The cable harness space model evaluation index for cable component cable harness optimization solution is established.The preprocessing of the space to be routed based on octree is achieved.The optimization of structure and path of cable assemblies based on particle swarm optimization is achieved.The effectiveness of the spatial preprocessing techniques presented is verified in this paper.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)A spatial information model based on discrete points is proposed.The need for spatial optimization of cable harness optimization is analyzed.The spatial information model based on octree is achieved.The storage of routing space environment information is realized.The performance evaluation index of the cable harness space model is established(2)The octree-based cable harness space preprocessing technique is studied.The encoding method of the octree is determined.The node division judgment is realized.The proximity search function of the octree node is implemented.The calculation based on the spatial information of each attribute value of the model in the octree is designed.(3)The routing planning algorithm of multi-branch harness based on particle swarm is studied.The characteristics of discrete space described by the octree-based routing space information model are analyzed.The valuation function and search method of A* algorithm is improved.The connection between the path nodes is given.Path search of octree space model based on improved A* algorithm is achieved.Based on the wiring problem,its optimization model was established.The particles encoding,initialization and update an iterative manner is studied.Multi-branch cable path optimization based on particle swarm optimization is achieved.(4)The influence of wiring space complexity on cable harness optimization performance is studied.The effects of different pre-processing methods on routing optimization is analyzed and compared.The feasibility of the evaluation index is verified.
