In view of the construction safety monitoring of the construction process of the shallow buried tunnel in the city,this study takes the tunnel project of Ji’nan city as the research object.With the three-dimensional numerical simulation technology,the safety monitoring scheme of this kind of tunnel construction process is put forward in detail.The construction process of the tunnel is evaluated using the actual measured data.This study systematically summarizes the research status of surface settlement and influencing factors caused by the construction of shallow buried tunnel with large cross-section,discusses the key problems of the numerical simulation technology in tunnel construction process,and summarizes the application of structural health monitoring technology in tunnel construction and the prospect of its development.Based on the actual situation of tunnel engineering,the finite element model of the tunnel structure and surrounding rock is set up.With the aim of structural safety,several different construction schemes of the tunnel structure are discussed in detail,and the reasonable tunnel construction scheme is finally determined.Using three-dimensional numerical simulation technology,this study focuses on the construction method of the construction safety monitoring scheme of the tunnel construction process.Based on the relevant design specifications of the tunnel construction,the rational layout scheme of the monitoring sensor in the tunnel construction process is formulated in view of the key areas in the construction process of the tunnel structure.The finite element model updating method of tunnel structure based on monitoring data feedback is discussed.On the basis of the above research,the design method of the structural safety diagnosis standard and the early warning value of the construction process is further studied.The law of surface subsidence,the change process of the surrounding rock pressure and the tunnel in the construction process of the tunnel are statistically analyzed by combining the actual monitoring data with the finite element calculation results.The stress change rule of the key parts of the road structure is achieved,and the safety diagnosis of the structural state of the tunnel structure during construction is realized by using the above statistical analysis results. |
