With the development of China's economy and the increasing living standards of the people,the energy consumption and energy consumption of buildings are increasing rapidly every year.At the same time,the high dependence on fossil energy in the field of energy utilization in China has caused serious emission and environmental pollution problems.Based on the above situation,regional energy technology is an ideal solution to solve the contradiction between building energy demand and environmental protection needs in China.District energy technology is a complex system engineering.It is also affected by the factors of urban development stage,economic level,and people's consumption habits.There is no special district energy special plan in the current urban planning system in China.This paper aims to explore the relevant experience of district energy work for many years.District energy technology forms and planning methods for China's national conditions.Firstly,this paper introduces the technical route of district energy station planning for a project in Baoji,and lists several main energy consumption simulation softwares,and makes a comparative analysis of the applicability of various software,and finally decides to use TRNSYS software to simulate the work in this paper.Secondly,taking a district energy project in Baoji as the research object,through the annual dynamic simulation analysis of typical functional building load,the annual dynamic cold and heat load index of the region is obtained.At the same time,through the actual test and analysis of geothermal resource conditions,make sure the design parameters for the planning of ground source heat pump.Finally,the paper plans the regional energy system layout of the project,designs the energy stations of commercial buildings and residential buildings,and improves the energy consumption per unit area of commercial buildings and residential buildings and the thermal balance of underground soil in the next ten years through TRNSYS software.The simulated analysis not only predicts the annual energy consumption data of typical functional buildings,but also proves that the difference between soil heat intake and heat discharge is small,and the cold-heat balance of underground soil is good.
