Air source heat pump has been widely used in clean heating in China.However,when conventional air source heat pump used for heating in winter,it often causes strong sense of air blowing and dry-eye problems.How to improve the thermal comfort of heat pump system has attracted more and more attention.Air source heat pump heating system with wall panel has good thermal comfort.Based on the previous research of the research group,this paper further carried out experimental research on performance optimization of the system.Wall panels were designed and manufactured.An experimental platform of air source heat pump heating system with wall panel was built based on frequency conversion technology.Data measurement and acquisition devices were selected according to the actual situation,and measurement errors of the experimental platform were calculated.Based on this test-bed,the experiments of three stages of start-up,stable operation and defrosting of the wall panel heating system with air source heat pump were carried out,and the operation characteristics and influencing factors of the system in each stage were analyzed.Firstly,the start-up characteristics of air source heat pump heating system with wall panel were analyzed.Starting from the compressor frequency and the start-up time of convective radiation panel fan,a reasonable start-up scheme was found to shorten the start-up time of the system.Secondly,the stable operation characteristics of the system were analyzed.The proportion of forced convection heat transfer and radiation heat transfer was adjusted by changing the air velocity of the convective radiation panel.The optimal compressor operating frequency was matched to determine the reasonable operation scheme,and the variation rule of each operation scheme under different outdoor environment temperature was analyzed.At last,the dynamic characteristics of the system under different compressor frequencies and different convective radiation panel's air supply velocities were studied,and the influence of compressor frequencies on defrosting characteristics was analyzed to find the best defrosting scheme.Experiments show that the start-up time of the system was shortened by 13 minutes with the optimized start-up scheme;the maximum COP of the system can reach 3.54 by matching the compressor frequency with the convective radiation panel's air supply speed;the COP of the system was higher at low frequencies under frosting conditions,with a mean COP of 3.15;the fastest defrosting time of the system is 90 seconds,and the maximum defrosting energy efficiency is 3.43.After optimization,performance of the air source heat pump heating system with wall panel had been significantly improved in all stages.The research work in this paper will provide reference for optimizing the operation mode and control strategy of air source heat pump heating system with wall panel.
