The working environment of solid rocket motor is very bad.Many potential threats may accelerate the deterioration of engine working conditions,which may come from itself or from the outside world.Therefore,it is necessary to measure the internal and external environment of solid motor in real time.Generally,the dangerous factors that threaten the safety of engine operation are characterized by high temperature and high radiation heat flow.So far,there are no mature products and technologies that can be used in the environment where the engine is located,and these two physical quantities can be measured simultaneously.Therefore,entrusted by a certain aerospace institute,Harbin Institute of Technology has carried out a project research on the intelligent sensing micro-system of dangerous excitation of solid motor.Combined with the theory and technology of radiation measurement and radiation heat flow measurement,this project presents a complete set of solutions according to the actual requirements of the project,and completes the hardware development,software design,calibration experiment and uncertainty analysis of the microsystem.The research and development of the hardware includes the overall scheme design,hardware circuit design,wireless communication module design and an optical structure design for intercepting heat flux radiation in a designated area.The software design is mainly based on C and C++ programming languages.The embedded program design for the lower computer and the display interface design for the upper computer are completed.After the device design is completed,the precision of the instrument is given by the calibration experiment of standard surface source blackbody furnace and the uncertainty analysis of the measurement system.The device has the characteristics of small size and large measurement range.It realizes the distributed measurement of four quadrants and eight points in hemispherical space.It can accurately and real-time reflect the temperature and radiation heat flux within the measured range.Its accuracy is better than 5% and can give early warning when threshold signal appears.It can be used to obtain the temperature and heat flow information of dangerous factors,including dangerous aircraft,and provide instrumental support for exploring the correlation between them and dangerous excitation sources.
