With the problem of the energy and environment becoming more and more serious,and the increasing proportion of new energy generation,the development and application of microgrid is becoming more and more important.Due to the randomness and intermittence of renewable energy generation,such as photovoltaic power generation,and the changing load demand,it is necessary to have a certain capacity of energy storage access in order to maintain the power balance of the microgrid,and can greatly improve the "light abandonment" problem of photovoltaic power generation,which can store surplus power generation,and put the energy into use when the renewable energy output is insufficient to maintain power balance of the grid.However,due to the high cost of energy storage battery,and relatively short service life,it can not be put into large-scale use,which is not in line with the principle of economy,so the storage capacity of battery is generally fixed,rather than too large.Therefore,through reasonable load dispatch,and increasing the primary utilization rate of photovoltaic power generation,it can reduce the use of energy storage system,so that the overall cost of the system can be reduced,and the economic benefits can be maximized.The specific work is as follows:(1)Firstly,it analyses the influencing factors of photovoltaic power generation.Then,it gives the principle and structure of BP neural network algorithm and its flow chart.Latsly,based on BP neural network algorithm,the prediction model of photovoltaic power generation is established to effectively predict the photovoltaic power generation.(2)An optimal dispatching strategy for microgrid is proposed.Firstly,this paper studies how to make the load curve fit the photovoltaic power generation curve by dispatching the adjustable load.The purpose is to make the best use of photovoltaic power generation and reduce the use of storage battery.Then,it establishes an optimization model.On this basis,it can regulate the power fluctuation by diesel engine and storage battery,and the cost optimization model of diesel engine and storage battery is established to optimize the system cost.(3)Particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used to optimize the system model.Combined with specific cases,this paper verifies the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling strategy and the necessity of battery energy storage.In this paper,the validation of load dispatching strategy for microgrid is realized through the simulation analysis of MATLAB.The effectiveness of the proposed scheduling strategy and the necessity of equipping batteries are verified by simulation and result analysis.
