With the development of the economy and the advancement of technology, the transportation system has effectively promoted and derived the concept of ITS(Intelligent Transportation System)to realize intelligent traffic management and vehicle control.Vehicle network is an important means to realize ITS.Therefore, the research on vehicle network has attracted the attention of many countries. As the most popular and most mature mobile communication technology,LTE-Advanced can be applied to the vehicle network. However, this kind of network structure is not flexible enough, especially the cell edge, and can not fully meet the communication characteristics of the vehicle network. Therefore,an assistant technology is urgently needed to make up for the limitations of LTE-Advanced system when applied in the vehicle network. As one of the key technologies of LTE-Advanced and 5G(The fifth generation),D2D(Device-to-Device)technology has attracted wide attention for its ability to realize terminal direct communication. However, the advantage of D2 D technology is based on the reasonable resource allocation. Therefore, this thesis mainly discusses the resource allocation algorithm in D2D-based vehicle network.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the channel models of the vehicle network and cellular systems, and various fading such as large-scale fading and small-scale fading are analyzed, especially the influence of small-scale fading on wireless channels and resource allocation. And the simulation result shows that the small-scale fading affects the result of resource allocation and the capacity of cellular system. Then,a resource allocation algorithm based on the QoS(Quality of Service)of vehicle communication is proposed. This algorithm is to establish an optimization problem, which constrained by the requirement of vehicle communication and its optimization objective is to maximize the capacity of cellular system. The optimization problem is solved by Hungarian algorithm based on the CSI(Channel State Information). Finally, the algorithm is simulated by MATLAB,and compared with the traditional resource allocation algorithm. The simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this thesis improves the vehicle communication quality and system capacity.
