In recent years,China has not only promoted the economic development of the countries along the Silk Road,but also promoted the rapid rise of economy and the rapid breakthrough of high speed railway construction technology in China with the great design of “the Belt and Road” by President Xi Jinping,which aims to co-constructing the economic belt.As one of the important projects in the Medium and Long-term National Railway and the 11 th Five-Year Plan of the National Railway,the technical standard is two-line electrified railway in grade I,with a designed speed of 200 km/h and a reserve speed of 250 km/h.The Double-track Bridge is the first steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge in the construction of high-speed rail in China,with high quality standard,new construction technology and great difficulty in construction technology.Now it has become the control project of Nanguang High Speed Railway.The optimal design of construction organization and construction of the main bridge becomes the guarantee of cable-stayed bridge's quality and is also the focus of this paper.That is,the construction organization design and control optimization of steel truss cable-stayed bridge are the focus of research.The paper are analyzed from the following aspects: general construction plan,construction schedule plan,configuration plan,construction plan and method.First of all,through the analysis and evaluation of the elements,such as staff,machines,materials,methods,rings and funds,optimal configuration is carried out,and the theoretical scheme of construction organization design is put forward in combination with the actual situation on the spot.The feasibility and applicability of the design are verified and improved,which can guide the bridge construction more accurately.Secondly,the key engineering aspects,difficult engineering aspects and key working procedure of the bridge are analyzed.The control scheme is put forward by decomposing the node engineering and combining with the whole planning.Secondly,the manufacture and transportation technology of steel truss beam are studied.This paper analyzes steel beam manufacturing technology,steel beam manufacturing schedule and steel beam transportation.The difficulties in steel beam manufacturing are analyzed and studied in welding and installation position,and effective quality control measures can be the reference to other engineering experiences.Finally,some technical difficulties and special construction methods of the bridge are studied innovatively.In this part,the construction problem of the deep water foundation of bridge without overburden under complicated hydrogeological conditions is studied.The matching equipment for the synchronous and rapid construction of tower and beam is analyzed.The technology of accurately controlling the linearity and stress of steel truss cable-stayed bridge is discussed.In this paper,the crack control technology of concrete structure and the location of cableway orifice are studied.Above all,the steel truss cable-stayed bridge is guaranteed to be safe,efficient,high quality and benefit for train opening.
