| With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China,large cross-section tunnel has gradually become an important part of high-speed railway tunnel.The construction of large cross-section railway tunnel has the characteristics of large excavation section and long creep time.Large cross-section tunnels are usually excavated by three step and seven step flow method.Because of its difficulty,slow progress,high safety risk and large cross-section of passenger dedicated lines,the construction of large cross-section tunnels has increasingly become the focus of attention of experts at home and abroad.The construction schedule is the key factor to ensure the economic and social benefits of the large cross-section tunnel.Project progress management is one of the most important parts of the whole project.Good and effective progress management can greatly improve the problems existing in the progress of the project,so as to maximize the benefits of the project.The main content of this paper is the construction schedule control method and process of Large cross-section Railway Tunnel Based on Critical Chain Management Method.The main research method is to analyze the development process of the project progress management and the Critical Chain Management Method and the latest research results by referring to the relevant documents and theories.A construction control model of the large cross-section Railway Tunnel Based on the Critical Chain Management Method is established through the construction case of a double track railway tunnel,and the time parameters and the safety times of each process,the project buffer and the connection buffer are calculated to verify the key points.The feasibility and application effect of the Critical Chain Management Method in the construction of large cross-section railway tunnels.The following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The core of the three step and seven step flow operation method of the large cross-section railway tunnel is that in the "flow shop",the tunnel construction should be refined and systematized like the streamlined operation of the factory,so as to achieve the purpose of flow production.The method has the advantages of simultaneous excavation of multiple working faces,shortening the construction period and saving costs.(2)Though Critical Chain Management Method is adopted,although most of the safety time will lead to delayed completion of some projects,the total duration will be greatly reduced.The application of Critical Chain Management Method in the progress management of large cross-section railway tunnel project is a breakthrough in schedule management.Many improvements in the construction period are the result after the application of Critical Chain Management Method.(3)By inserting buffers in project progress management,the waste of safety time in project duration can be greatly reduced,and problems that are commonly encountered in project schedule management can be well resolved.In a word,the application of critical chain management method in the construction schedule control of large cross-section tunnel can not only speed up the project progress,but also reduce the project risk of large cross-section tunnel construction project,thereby reducing the project cost. |
