The System Of Railway Passenger Integrated Services Based On Mobile Internet

In the Internet era,the traditional railway transportation also needs to keep pace with the times.Using Internet technology to enhance the travel experience of passengers has become an important way to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the railway.The autonomous railway service and stations of the businesses together access to the system,through the registration of the itinerary on the journey to provide passengers with the entire process of service.Based on the demand of passenger integration service of Chengdu Railway Bureau,this paper analyzes the requirements of the railway passenger integrated service system based on mobile internet technology,and proposes a hybrid architecture system consisting of passenger service APP,merchant service APP and merchant platform web client.This essay provides a detailed design of the passenger service APP merchant and web server solutions.According to the version update problem of passenger service APP,an incremental update logic and method based on wgtu incremental package technology is proposed;According to the large-scale storage and fast browsing requirements of pictures,a logical isolation storage and efficient reading technology method using Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service(OSS)is proposed.;for the customer's convenient payment requirements,the WeChat payment interface solution was proposed and the security payment and refund process was designed.On this basis,the system function and database detailed design were carried out,and the development of the passenger service APP and server prototype system was completed.At present,the system has been applied in the Chengdu Railway Bureau.The technical methods of incremental update of mobile APP,WeChat secure payment,and efficient image reading have been verified in this application.After the system is completed,Web server deployment using policies such as load balancing and session sharing,coping with predictable user growth and a surge in short-term visits.The current system is running normally and waiting for the next commercial promotion.
