Pedestrian suspension bridges are often located in areas with complex wind field environments. In order to ensure the safety of structures and the comfort of pedestrians on bridges,it is necessary to evaluate its wind resistant characteristic. In this thesis, the chattering and internal force responses are calculated and analyzed based on a highaltitude pedestrian suspension bridge located in the domestic coastal area. The thesis mainly includes the following aspects:1.The finite element model of the bridge was established, and its dynamic characteristics were obtained by ANSYS software. The static wind load displacement response under different wind speeds was calculated.2.The wind tunnel test of the main girder section model of the bridge was carried out,and the aerodynamic aerostatic coefficients of the mid-span of the main girder under different wind angles was obtained.3.Based on MATLAB,the calculation program of buffeting response and internal force response was compiled by frequency domain calculation method. The buffeting response of the bridge with the aerodynamic admittance taking the sears function and 1 was analyzed.4.According to the dynamic characteristics, the contribution of the self-vibration mode of the bridge was discussed and verified by calculation.5.Through the full aeroelastic bridge model wind tunnel test, the displacement response at the mid-span position of the main girder was obtained in the turbulent wind field, and the actual results were compared with the calculated results.
