With the increasing problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution,the development and utilization of green and environmentally friendly energy has been highly valued by all sectors of society.Solar energy,as the cleanest natural resource,has been well used in the power industry.Photovoltaics technology has also become an important indicator for assessing the development status of regional power companies.In order to ensure the smooth progress of photovoltaic power generation,power companies need to do a good job in the design of optical power station access systems.Taking Tangjia photovoltaic power station in Liaoyang County as an example,the following work is done for the design of access system:(1)The load of Liaoyang power grid,the geographic location of Tangjia photo voltaic power station and its surrounding environment are investigated and analyzed.Combined with the actual power demand and power grid construction in Liaoyang County,four kinds of photovoltaic power station access system schemes are designed and compared from four aspects of grid impact,project construction,project implementation and economic cost.Analysis.Then the design of distribution system and communication dispatching scheme of Tangjia photovoltaic power station are explained and analyzed to determine the feasibility of the access system design scheme.(2)This paper chooses the scheme 1 which has the least influence on the reliability of power supply system,relatively low construction economy,and the power flow analysis meets the requirements as the best access scheme.Through the design and analysis of the substation system of scheme 1,it is known that a new 66 kV boost stat ion is needed,and the equipment selection of the boost station is required.The shortcircuit current,reactive power balance and three-level problems encountered in the design of grid-connected photovoltaic power generation scheme and corresponding solutions are described in detail.(3)The operation mechanism of the internal communication system of optical power stations is studied by means of a communication scheduling scheme,which ensures that the communication system can operate normally,and it is clear that the transmission of communication information needs to be carried out in low-level to advanced directions.The information transmission form and equipment configuration parameters are determined by the power generation,circuit structure and voltage level of the optical power station.Therefore,the industry standards and the actual situation of the power station should be fully considered when formulating the communication plan within the optical power station.
