The spacecraft assembly attitude measurement is one of the most important tasks during spacecraft development.With the rapid development of spacecraft cause,the number and variety of spacecraft has increased dramatically.Moreover,the structure and functions are becoming more complex as well,in the meanwhile,the task for spacecraft assembly attitude measurement is becoming more pressure.However,under the impact of various elements,our spacecraft field has mainly adopted artificial collimation measurement method to complete the task.Artificial collimation measurement technology is unable to meet the rapid development of spacecraft in terms of measurement efficiency and accuracy etc.On the other hand,it has also decreased the development spacecraft artificial intelligence manufacturing technology.The dissertation has revolved around the research on the automated measurement key technology and its application development of spacecraft assembly procedure,and this is highly based on the research on the fundamental theory and measurement method of spacecraft assembly.The paper has delved into the method in improving automated collimation technology and proposed assembly attitude automated measurement model,which established the software and hardware platform of spacecraft automated measurement.Furthermore,it has also put forward the measurement method for on-site measurement accuracy.The major research content and results are shown below:1.It has proposed an automated attitude measurement technology of spacecraft assembly based on automated collimation guidance and servo drive.Through the introduction of aerospace industry,it has further analyzed the technological state of each procedure in spacecraft assembly both domestically and internationally.Moreover,it has pointed out the importance and necessity of the development of assembly measurement method.The paper has elaborated the research purpose and significance of the research,summarized the current research status and development of relevant technology methods.In the end,it has put forward a new combined automated measurement technology.2.It has improved automated collimation technology based on CCD electronic eyepiece.An analysis is conducted on theodolite self-collimation principle,combing image processing technology to propose the center point extraction technology based on partial segment.It overcomes the shortcomings of low automatization and poor stability by manual selection,and the experiment proves the high stability of this method.In addition,it has also introduced ATR function of measurement robot,research has been conducted on the applicability of various automated collimation measurement method in automated measurement system.3.The parameter solver model is established based on assembly measurement automation technology.Through the research on assembly measurement principle,various servo drive equipment have been combined,which addressed the calculation problem of outline collimation positioning and multivariate data fusion during automated measurement process.It has also established motion parameter solver model and attitude parameter solver model.Experiment is also designed to measure the accuracy of automated collimation technology to further demonstrate the superiority of automated measurement technology over artificial measurement method.4.It has analyzed the uncertainty of outline collimation and the accuracy of accurate collimation for automated measurement system.According to the actual parameter of each section of automated measurement system,the paper tests the impact of priori parameters' error on outline collimation accuracy.It also combined the solver model of automated measurement technology to analyze the theoretical collimation accuracy of automated measurement system,so as to coincide with experimental result.5.The development and application of spacecraft assembly attitude automated measurement system has been completed.The analysis of the function,technical requirement for each subsystem has been made.The automated control software has been developed which addressed the problems of multivariate data fusion,processing and interaction.Furthermore,the method for on-site measurement accuracy has been proposed realizing the self-checking function before measurement of automated measurement system which dramatically increased the reliability of system.
