| With the continuous development of the global economy,the valve industry has entered a period of rapid development.Although there is still a gap between our country and such strong manufacturers as Europe and America,the domestic enterprises have played an increasingly important role in the mid-to-high valve field,with the competitive direction of " high-quality low-price substitutes for imports".The massive transfer of the global valve manufacturing industry to our country has intensified the competition in the valve industry.How to grow healthily and improve competitiveness is what small and medium-sized valve enterprises should take into consideration.This thesis takes DZ company as the study object,analyzes the internal and external environment of its development,applies strategic knowledge to help the enterprise formulate basic competitive strategies,and thus gives advice on strategy implementation.The thesis expounds the content of the research,analyzes the development,main business and existing competitive strategies of DZ company,and expounds the existing problems of the competitive strategies.By applying commonly used analytical tools such as PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and five model analysis tools,this thesis analyzes systematically the internal and external environment of the enterprise,teases out the capabilities of the company such as the resources,the production,sales,finance,research and development,points out the external opportunities and threats the company faces,identifies its internal strengths and weaknesses,and studies the existing problems in the process of implementing competitive strategies.Through the systematic anaysis,this thesis draws a conclusion that the butterfly valves produced by DZ,compared with the competitors,have gained high recognition in the market and are highly cost-effective.The company is suggested to target its market at mid-to-high butterfly valves,implement service differentiation strategy and promote imtelligent products.In the short term,the company should continue to implement the cost leadership strategy;while in the long run,the differentiation strategy should be chosen;Starting from the aspects of cost control,marketing strategy and product development,we should constantly improve and optimize the cost leading strategy,and lay a solid foundation for the enterprise to transfer to the differentiation strategy.DZ valve co.,LTD.is a representative of small and medium-sized valve enterprises;hence the systematic study of its competitive strategies has far-reaching representative significance.Through the research of this thesis,we strive to provide some suggestions for the transformation and development of valve enterprises. |
