the carbon fiber hair hotline as electrothermal material laying in airport concrete pavement,in the airport concrete pavement snow melting in winter,the ice as the research background,focusing on the carbon fiber hair hotline is applied in pavement snow melting ice to study the feasibility of application of heat transfer of knowledge at the same time,the factors of affecting the effect of snowmelt deicing test analysis,research of carbon fiber hair hotline for airport concrete pavement snow melting of ice provides a theoretical basis and reference value for engineering applications.The main work is as follows:(1)introduce the composition structure of the heating cable,analyze the relevant technical indexes of the heating cable for melting ice and snow,and preliminarily determine the buried position,layout and circuit connection form of the heating cable based on the consideration of construction,heating efficiency and other factors.(2)an airport concrete pavement panel specimen with built-in carbon fiber heating cable was made to conduct indoor tests to test the feasibility of defrosting and snowmelt of the system,heat uniformity and related influencing factors,so as to provide strong support for practical application.(3)by studying the same air temperature,the same thickness of ice,and the de-icing time of different loading powers,the optimal and most energy saving power of de-icing on airport pavement is obtained.(4)under the same test conditions,the airport concrete samples were respectively treated with conventional(heating after icing)and preheating treatment,and the snowmelt and ice removal effects of the two treatment methods were compared.Test results are as follows:(1)the concrete specimen under various conditions,decorated around the cold storage temperature measuring point of the received data,show the heating process of cold rolls environmental temperature change is not big,power and temperature increment of linearly,the fitting results are minor changes near the set temperature working condition,this proves that the refrigerator inside the airport de-icing of the concrete road face deicing simulation test method.(2)when the heating power is 200 W/m2,the locations along the surface layer heating line have good ice-melting effect under different working conditions,while the locations farther away from the surface layer heating line are significantly weakened with the decrease of temperature working condition.It shows that in the experiment of melting snow and melting ice,under the premise of ensuring a certain heating power,optimizing the heating line layout is also an important part.(3)the optimal power range of the heating line is 200-400 W/m~2,which is lower than 200 W/m~2 and longer melting time,and higher than 400 W/m~2.(4)preheating experiment,when the temperature of the specimen surface point at 0?~1?start preheating,become the ice layer,can prevent the specimen surface with preheating way than without preheating way to save time and power.
