| With the popularity of mobile electronic devices and the rapid development of IC technology,power management IC is facing more and more challenges.At present,mobile electronic devices are developing towards the field of wireless power supply,and become one of the hotspots in the research of mobile electronic devices.By applying wireless power supply technology to mobile electronic devices,It can make the mobile electronic equipment no longer need battery power supply,and realize the instant transfer and use of electric energy in the environment where there is radio power.At present,there are some electronic products based on wireless power supply technology in the market,but generally speaking,they are still in the ascendant stage.In wireless power supply technology,power management is one of the key modules.This paper designs a power management circuit suitable for wireless power supply technology for this application.This paper designs a power management circuit for wireless power supply technology,which is based on boost DC-DC converter.The circuit includes several modules,such as reference voltage source,LDO linear regulator,comparator,oscillator,error amplifier and so on.The reference voltage source provides the reference voltage for the whole circuit,which is independent of temperature and process changes.The LDO linear regulator outputs a stable DC voltage to supply power to the external micro-system.The comparator compares the error signal output by the error amplifier with the square wave signal output by the oscillator to get the on-off of the power switch controlled by the modulation signal.The error amplifier compares the reference voltage with the output voltage to get the error amplification signal.The oscillator provides a stable square wave signal.Firstly,this paper investigates the principle of wireless power supply circuit,analyses AC-DC rectifier technology and DC-DC converter technology in detail,discusses DC-DC converter,especially boost structure,and analyses its working mode,modulation mode and feedback loop control mode accordingly.Then the structure of the power management circuit in this paper is proposed,and the structure and working principle of the text power management circuit are analyzed from the point of view of the system.After that,this paper studied several important modules.At last,based on TSMC 0.18 um technology,the main modules and the whole system are simulated by Cadence software.The simulation results show that the conversion efficiency of the power management circuit can reach 85%.The input voltage of the boost DC-DC converter is 3.5V and the output voltage is 5V.The LDO stabilizes the output voltage to 1.2V.The simulation structure shows that the function and performance of the circuit meet the design criteria and meet the requirements of high conversion efficiency and stable power supply. |
