At present,the reinforcement form of roadbed in mining subsidence area can only satisfy the stability of the roadbed under a single condition.In order to improve the stability of the roadbed slope and increase the bearing capacity of the foundation,and reduce the occupation of cultivated land and the use of coal gangue as the filler of the roadbed,a new type of roadbed reinforcement method,the tie rod anti-slide pile roadbed supporting structure,is proposed.In this paper,through theoretical analysis and calculation,the effectiveness of the tie-rod anti-slide pile is obtained by comparing the reinforcement effect of the tie-rod anti-slide pile with the ordinary anti-slide pile.The influencing factors of the tie-rod anti-slide pile are optimized by numerical simulation technology.Finally,the economy and feasibility of the tie-rod anti-slide pile to reinforce the railway roadbed slope are determined in combination with the actual project.The specific research results are as follows:(1)According to the actual situation of Railway Subgrade in Huainan coal mining subsidence area,the tie-rod anti-slide pile can effectively reduce the displacement and stress of pile body,improve the shear strength of pile body,and increase the restraint reinforcement effect of anti-slide pile.(2)The change of pile diameter of tie-rod anti-slide pile has little influence on the stability of roadbed slope,and the change of pile displacement and bending moment is small,only 4%.The pile spacing and anchoring depth of tie-rod anti-slide pile have great influence on the stability of roadbed slope.The reasonable anchoring depth ranges from 1/4 to 1/3 of the pile length,and the reasonable pile spacing is 2.0to 3.5 times the pile diameter.(3)The section size of tie rod has a great influence on the stability of roadbed slope.The degree of change is not linear,but there is a critical value.When the critical value is reached,the best parameters can be obtained.The reasonable section size of the tie rod can be selected from 80 mm to 100 mm.(4)The restraint reinforcement effect of tie-rod anti-slide pile will be reduced in the process of subgrade heightening.When the subgrade is increased by 3 m,the new tie-rod can effectively improve the reinforcement effect,increase the stability of subgrade and alleviate the bending degree of anti-slide pile.(5)When the tie rod anti-slide pile is used to reinforce the railway roadbed in coal mining subsidence area,it can greatly reduce the usage of the roadbed filling coalgangue,strictly control the roadbed in the land purchasing line,and reduce the occupation of land,which is economically feasible.There are 66 papers,24 tables and 93 references.
