| With the gradual depletion of traditional fossil energy and the worsening of environmental problems caused by energy consumption,the contradiction between the future human development and the unsustainable structure of traditional energy sources is becoming more and more acute.Worldwide demand for the transformation of energy supply and structure is increasing,thus giving birth to the proposal of a new type of energy structure and mode of supply.The proposal of energy Internet,which is characterized by deep integration of renewable energy and Internet information technology,will be the key to achieving clean and low carbon energy substitution and efficient and sustainable development.Since 2016,the Chinese government has issued a series of documents,including guidelines on promoting the development of "Internet+" smart energy,and launched pilot energy Internet projects in different regions of the country to promote the development of the energy Internet industry.Due to its abundant renewable resources and huge energy demand and the technological foundation of smart grid and power equipment manufacturing industry,Jiangsu Province,Therefore,it gradually become the pioneer of domestic energy Internet industry development.Researchers have discussed the concept,basic framework,key technologies of the energy Internet.As the formation and development of the energy Internet industry is systematic and complex,at present,there is a lack of industrial internal relations and industrial evolution of the perspective of research.Therefore,this paper takes the energy Internet industry in Jiangsu province as the research object to deeply analyze the complexity of the industrial internal network,and uses the method of system simulation to explore the policy influence in the industrialization evolution process,with the purpose of promoting the healthy and rapid development of the energy Internet industry in Jiangsu province.In this paper,firstly,domestic and foreign literature review and theoretical analysis in the field of energy Internet are carried out to clarify the research content,method and technical route of this paper.Secondly,On the basis of defining the connotation of energy Internet industry,this paper classifies the industry and divides the three stages of industrial development.Thirdly,this paper takes the internal industry of energy Internet in Jiangsu province as the starting point to analyze the development process and status quo of the industrial network and the characteristics and relationships of members in the industrial network,then empirically analyzes the complexity characteristics of the industrial network of energy Internet in Jiangsu province through pajek software.Finally,On the basis of industrial network analysis,we set up the system dynamics model of industrialization evolution,and directly showed the influence effect of various variables and the trend of industrialization evolution through scenario simulation,and then put forward corresponding policy suggestions.The specific conclusions are as follow:First,there are significant differences among energy Internet enterprises in Jiangsu province,and the industrial network is a mixed network structure consisting of star,network,tree and honeycomb.The industrial network as a whole has a relatively high agglomeration coefficient,which shows the characteristics of collectivization among enterprises.Among them,state grid Jiangsu electric power co.,ltd.is the core of the whole network with the strongest correlation and the strongest resource control ability.The rights and hubs of the industrial network are new energy power generation and smart grid industries.Second,Jiangsu province energy Internet industry network is a small world network and scale-free network,with robustness and vulnerability.If a conscious and deliberate attack is carried out on the network to eliminate enterprises with high connectivity,such as state grid Jiangsu electric power co.,Guodian Nanjing automation co.,LTD,Nari Group,Far east wisdom energy and China Electric Equipment Group,the network structure will collapse and have a greater impact on the network.Third,the government’s incentive policy has a significant impact on the evolution of the energy Internet industry in Jiangsu province.It mainly includes: First,from the perspective of long-term and overall industrial development,the incentive effect of government policies is the most significant compared with other factors.Second,the increase of preferential tax rate has a significant impact on the industrial scale and output value,and promotes the industry to accelerate into a period of high-level development of the industrial chain.Third,the improvement of government industrial investment will promote the overall level of industrial investment,which will not only contribute to the stable development of the industry,but also reduce the financing risk of enterprises.At the same time,it reflects the "double regulation conversion" mechanism of emerging technology industrialization.Four,the incentive of technology,capital and talent factors has played an important role in the evolution of the energy Internet industry in Jiangsu province.It mainly includes: First,the above factors have the strongest effect on the variables of technology,capital and talent in the process of industrial evolution.Second,improving the investment coefficient of research and development has a direct impact on the level of patent,and has an indirect impact on the level of supporting facilities and enterprise operation.Third,increasing the strength of talent training can improve the business level of enterprises,which is the power and source of long-term development of enterprises.Lastly,the investment period of energy Internet industrialization in Jiangsu province is from 2015 to 2025,and from 2025 to the growth period of industrial evolution.During the evolution of the energy Internet industry in Jiangsu province,the expansion speed of market scale is weaker than that of technology and talents. |
