As a key component of vehicle transmission,vehicle shift system has an important effect on vehicle transmission performance.As an important element of vehicle shift system,the structural parameters of pressure regulating valve directly determine the stability of shift and the comfort of riding.The deviation between the actual and ideal values of clutch oil pressure curve of the process of the shifting oil filling is studied in this subject,which is provided by a vehicle research institute.On the basis of the established mathematical model of gear shifting system,the corresponding simulation model in AMESim software is built.In order to control the oil feeding process of gear shifting system accurately,taking the ideal oil feeding process curve as the optimized target,the multi-parameter optimization design of pressure regulating valve is carried out to obtain the optimized target.By means of the analysis and optimization of the key parameters that affect the oil feeding process in the pressure regulating valve,the shifting lash can be reduced,the smooth and steady shifting can be achieved and the quality of shifting can be improved.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the mathematical models of electromagnetic reversing valve,pre ssure regulating valve and clutch are established respectively,on account of structural analysis of the components of gear shifting system.Secondly,the simulation model of gear shifting system is built in AMESim software;the transfer function block diagram of pressure regulating valve-clutch is established,and the five key parameters affecting the oil feeding process in the structural parameters of pressure regulating valve are obtained according the analysis,namely,the diameter of valve core,the opening of valve opening,spring stiffness,spring preload and the diameter of damper hole;on account of separate simulation and analysis of the above five parameters through batch processing,the influence rule of each parameter on oil feeding process and the ranges of its values are obtained.Then,according to the three working stages of oil feeding process in gear shifting system,mathematical models are established separately;the influence degree of single parameter and combination of parameter in pres sure regulating valve on oil feeding process is obtained by DOE analysis;the five parameters of pressure regulating valve are optimized by sequential quadratic programming(NLPQL)and genetic algorithm(GA),respectively,and in the light of co MParative analysis,the optimum structural parameters of the pressure regulating valve are obtained..Finally,the vehicle shift system test-bed is built in order to verify the accuracy of the simulation model and optimization design.The human-computer interaction system is designed with VB.NET software to collect the oil feeding process of clutch engagement and compile the values of oil feeding process into the experimental curve.According to the contrast and the analysis of the experimental curve and the simulated curve of oil feeding process,the correctness of the simulation model and the feasibility of the optimization scheme can be verified precisely.
