Aluminum alloy is widely used as non-ferrous metal materials in industry, with the advantages of small density, high strength, good plasticity, strong thermal conductivity and so on.It is widely used in aerospace, automobile, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding and other fields. With the upgrading of national industrial structure, higher requirements are put forward for the quality of aluminum alloy profiles in industry.By virtue of the advantages of fast heating speed, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, induction heating become the inevitable choice of aluminum heating. In the extrusion molding process, due to the complex heat exchange in the aluminum alloy ingot during the high-speed extrusion, the temperature at the profile outlet increases, which seriously affects the product quality. Therefore, double coils is usually used for gradient heating to offset the heat difference in the extrusion process. However, when double-coils are heated, the coupling of output power is caused by the cross-coupling of the magnetic field between the coils, which affects the effect of the gradient heating of the workpiece and the safe operation of the inverter. In this paper, the coil magnetic field coupling problem is studied when the double coil is heated, and the coil magnetic field coupling suppression and output power regulation are finally realized by means of decoupling control method.First on the workpiece heating double coil magnetic field coupling phenomenon and the influence of the inverter are analyzed in detail, and the main factors which influences the coupling power coil are summarized. Then, based on the three bridge arm of double output induction heating power supply,in order to ensure that the load coil current and the frequency and the phase, the pulse density adjustable work is adopted to complete power regulation strategy and reduce the size of the coil magnetic field coupling effects in this paper.Secondly,Maxwell and ANSYS Worbench software are used to simulate and compare the magnetic field distribution characteristics and gradient heating effect of aluminum alloy heating with different coils, which verifies the excellent characteristics of dual-coil gradient heating. Finally, parameters of the topology are designed and simulated in PSIM.A small power double output induction heating power supply prototype is built. The rationality of the theoretical derivation is verified through comparative experiments.
