With the development of technology,intelligent transportation system has been widely applied in transportation management.In the long run,shared autonomous vehicle(SAV)is an inevitable trend of the development of intelligent transportation system in the future.It can be predicted that travelers’ behavior and traffic flow will be influenced when SAVs are put in practice,which will reduce travelers’ value of time and make travels more and farther.Therefore,urban sprawl will occur influencing the land use of the city.Changes in the nature of land use will affect the behavior of residents significantly,thus changing the characteristics of residents’ travel patterns.Moreover,shared autonomous vehicles may also increase the pollution.However,studying the impact of SAV on the environment needs studying the impact of SAV on land use before.So it is important to study the impact of SAV on land use.In view of this,a land use and transportation integrated model(Tranus)is used in this study to analyze the land use effects of SAVs.The land use and transportation integrated model is used in Jiangyin City.Four development programs,trend development plan,SAVs development plan,road pricing scheme,and an integrated plan considering both SAVs and road pricing,are made to find out the land use effects of SAVs on built environment including job accessibility,land use diversity,population density,and job density.In the end,it is found that for the TAZs with many industrial positions,SAV will increase the benefit of road pricing policy in terms of potential job accessibility.The more the retail positions,the better the street design,the better bus conditions,and the higher the land use mixture.The more industrial posts,the lower the population density.SAV will improve the accessibility of the potential job accessibility,but if road pricing before,SAV will reduce the accessibility of the potential job accessibility in the TAZs within the road pricing area.SAV can decrease more travel time than road pricing.
