The pipe design of ship is an integral part of ship design with intricate routing and various routing spaces.The main pattern of manifestation is divided into single pipes,branch pipes and multiple pipes.In actual work,the pipe design often appears interference,re-doing and the like.The speed,quality and design effect of pipe design directly affect the laid down cost of ship.Therefore,systematic research on the intelligent design theory in the field of pipe design shall be taken into account,which will lead pipe design toward the direction of humanization,automation and intelligence.This paper carries out the research on optimum design method of ship pipe based on this.In terms of the concrete problems of ship piping,this paper summarizes the routing rules of ship piping according to the process of actual piping.Based on these rules,The mathematical model of pipeline layout problem is established,and the mathematical model of obstacles is built from the perspective of "generalized obstacles".This paper also uses the proper simplified strategy to build the space model required for the routing based on these rules.The mathematical analysis is adopted to evaluate the convergence performance of Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).The improved algorithm is used to study the single and branch pipeline problems of ship,which certifies the feasibility in technology and superiority in performance of the improved algorithm.In terms of the routing problem of single pipe of ship,the paper brings in the Particle Swarm Optimization to perfect the selection strategy of the Genetic Algorithm based on the advantages of classical Genetic Algorithm,so that each particle intersects with the global optimal particle and the local optimal particle in the algorithm.Then two kinds of particles after hybrid are randomly selected for mutation operation,which greatly improves the efficiency of the algorithm.In terms of the routing problem of branch pipes,the paper adopts and improves the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm combined with the mature Coevolutionary Algorithm as principal algorithm.And classical Genetic Algorithm is introduced to increase the superiority and diversity of particle in the process of population evolution.Numerical simulation experiment verifies that the improved algorithm is technically feasible.In terms of these problems such as the pipe interference in manual assessment or the unintuitive modification in pipe formation,based on CATIA as the main development platform,VB.NET language will be adopted to program and develop intelligent generation system of ship pipes,which makes the piping visualized and simulated.The program can quickly build the molded hull surface,carry out the preliminary subdivision operation,and display the design result in the network object model environment according to the computer calculation result,so that the pipe routing design can reach the visual simulation effect for piping personnel to check the interference.
