As people’s income levels increase,people pay more attention to the quality of life,and the expenditure on decorating houses and improving the living environment is increasing year by year.In this context,China’s decorative industry has made great progress.However,because China’s decorative industry started relatively late and developed too fast,this led to the corresponding decoration industry’s imperfect system,fierce and chaotic market competition,constant complaints,lack of creative marketing methods,and unclear market positioning.The X decoration company studied in this paper is a small and medium-sized decoration company established in 2017.It is still in the early stage of development.It has not analyzed the target market and market positioning of the company in detail,and has not deepened the product,price,channel and promotion marketing strategy.Explore.Due to the poor maturity of the company in all aspects,this seriously restricts and affects the survival and development of the company.Therefore,the analysis of the marketing status of X Decoration Company,and find out the problems there,and then propose solutions,which helps X Decoration Company to develop effective marketing strategies,which has a key role and significance for its development and survival.Based on the theory of marketing strategy,this paper analyzes the macro environment,industry environment and customer groups of X decoration company,and combines the current marketing status of the company,and finds that the current X decoration company has a vague target market positioning,the overall quality of the product is not high,pricing The mechanism is too formal,lacks efficient channel marketing strategies,and the promotion and promotion forms are too traditional,lacking professionalism and innovation.To solve the above problems,propose corresponding solutions: formulate clear product strategies through the five levels of products,improve the overall quality of products,strengthen the added value of products,focus on the follow-up of the home improvement market;develop flexible pricing strategies and implement reputation Pricing and cash discounts;expanding efficient marketing channels,improving the innovation of channel development,exploring secondarychannels,focusing on the construction of online marketing channels and relationship marketing;developing innovative and diverse promotional tools.At the same time,keeping pace with the times,we focus on infiltrating Internet marketing,event marketing,and experience marketing into various marketing strategies.Finally,in order to implement the optimized marketing plan,it puts forward various safeguard measures in the aspects of company structure,talent team and fund guarantee.This paper hopes to help the X-decoration company’s marketing strategy research to better adapt to the market environment,improve its core competitiveness,and ultimately achieve long-term development.At the same time,it can be used as a reference for small and medium-sized decoration companies that face similar competition environment and marketing problems with X Decoration Company.
