| As China’s white goods market competition heats up,the competition between the enterprises becomes more and more fierce,also on the national policy level as China’s enterprises should change from big to do strong,with China’s accession to WTO,more and more Chinese home appliance enterprises participate in the competition of the world’s home appliance brand,traditional Chinese home appliance industry will usher in a new competition pattern,but within the enterprise Research and Development ability are relatively weak,enterprise internal R&D management also exist a lot of shortcomings.Based on the relevant theoretical knowledge and the background of the new product R&D management of Midea JingYin company where the author works,this paper conducts an in-depth research on the existing problems in the enterpriseR&D management,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward Suggestions for the improvement of the enterprise R&D.First,this paper in-depth analysis of the present situation and problems of new product Design management,main research R&D of internal management organization structure and the status quo of the division of duties,view the enterprise new product Design process and new product Design management,analysis the new product of the related data,found the quality problem of the enterprises listed on the new product,new product one-time pass rate is low,and more research and development problems of process control,traceability for the problems existing in the R&D management.Secondly,the paper puts forward four Suggestions for improving the management of new product R&D including improving the organizational structure of research and development,optimizing the division of R&D responsibilities include tools,and strengthening key control links.Finally,summarizing the results of the project’s and put forward the deficiencies and future outlook,continuously improve business problems in new product R&D management,based on the research of the new product R&D enterprise management improvement,reduce the cost for new product,speed up the cycle of product,ensure the quality of product launches,increase the consumer satisfaction of products and eventually ensure the continuing operations of the company and the competitiveness of the enterprises,also for the reference to the related research and development of home appliance industry to provide some suggestions. |
