Nowadays,our country keep step with world in the study and application of long-span spatial structure.Especially,the application of steel truss arch is wider,and the study is more and more in-depth.However,the main study focus on the inverted triangle truss arch and single plane truss arch in the field of housing construction.There are many studies about truss arch in the field of bridge focused on the arch truss and single arch.Relatively,the using about rectangle and trapezoid section truss is less in the field of application and study of housing construction in the span of 60 meters.The aim of this article is to provide references to others for designing and application through acting the numerical simulation about ultimate bearing capacity on rectangle section steel truss.Firstly,this article uses finite element method to simulate the rectangle section steel truss arch about 15 m and 30 m span length individually using ANSYS software.The nonlinear of the geometric,the nonlinear of the geometric and nonlinear of material,and then the initial flaw based on uniform modal flaw method plus two nonlinear character about rectangle section arch-truss is considered in modeling.After modeling,the article acts eigenvalue bucking analysis,gives out the bucking modality of six step,analyzes the changing about the buckling load according to the number of bucking step changing,and grasps the linear features.Secondly,on the basis of the eigenvalue bucking analysis,this article uses arc-length method to analysis the ultimate bearing capacity after considering the nonlinear of the geometric,the nonlinear of the geometric and nonlinear of material,and then the initial flaw plus two nonlinear character about rectangle section arch-truss.And then,studies the influence on ultimate bearing from ratio of rise to span,ratio of depth to span,different strength of material,different ratio of depth to width,effect of half span load and over all span load,pipe diameters,angle of web members and chord member etc,when became parameter.Finally,this article gives some advice about improvement of itself and deeper researching work in the future.
