The equipment management of power plant plays a significant role in enterprise management,it not only involves the safety and the economical efficiency,but also influencing the future of the power plant.Recently,as the amounts of power plant equipment growth,the technique and management become much more complicated than before,which created both huge pressure and great demands of manpower and technician for power plant.Also,due to the complexity of power plant equipment,the repair or replacement after equipment failure is mostly depends on the equipment suppliers and power plant itself,when suppliers is capable of quick reaction,the information delay between power plant and suppliers would be the biggest issue to solve the failure at its first appearance.To avoid such delay,and solve other possible issue for power plant’s aid,this study promoted an operating and maintaining service mode for life-cycle management on power plant,and designed a remote operating and maintaining information diagnosis system based on this mode.At First,from the perspective of suppliers,this thesis analyzed the difficulty of power plant equipment management,and promoted an idea of power plant life-cycle management that based on the remote operating and maintaining information diagnosis system,and the needs of the system function were well discussed.Furthermore,this thesis stated the functional design of the software from 6 basic aspects including data management,equipment maintenance management,equipment failure diagnosis,spar equipment management,technical training and other assistant function.Also,hardware construction design and technological realization of the system had been studied.Besides,this thesis explored the service mode of information system,the content,the process and the basic idea of service supply were designed,and the future extension of this service mode was prospected.Finally summaries and analyzes of the study was stated at the end of this thesis.
