Study On Risk Management For Car Component Based On The WORKSHOP Method

This paper studies a set of risk management approach,Risk identification and Risk analysis methods based on WORKSHOP together with Comprehensive risk control methods.Risk identification and Risk analysis methods based on WORKSHOP,invited the expert group brainstorm to identify the risk factors for subsequent phases of the project,through expert team to discuss,after combining and sorting,and formed the risk breakdown structure and project risks list.Then the expert group was organized to vote collectively,and then the probability and impact of risk factors was evaluated.The risk value was calculated via set the value-at-risk weighting for each risk factor,and prioritizes accordingly.The method focuses on the experience and wisdom of the expert groups,combines the project's features,risk factors which identified are targeted and more relevant and analyzed with higher efficiency,more comprehensive,more reasonable,and more practical significance to develop the effective response measures to the project.Comprehensive risk control methods,determine the risk response strategy,and formulating response measures,make the risk information transparency via Company U project management information system.The risks and measures were tracking and controlling through project team,company management and customers.The method,make the risk identification,analysis and control continuously during the project life cycle,the occurrence of project issues reduced from the source via the effective risk control.With the practice in H customer project,the studied risk management approach has achieved significant results.The occurrence of the project issue declined from 4/month to 0.5/month on average after the implementation in H customer project.Customer satisfaction improved.The project manager,project team members and management level gave a high evaluation of the studied risk management approach.The studied risk management approach can reduce the occurrence of project issues from the source,improving the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation.Research result shows that the approach is effective,can be promoted to all customer projects of company U.
