Spraying robots is one of the important equipment of modern manufacturing industry.It is a product of robot technology and spraying process control.It is widely used in automobile,hardware,ship and electronics industry.The process control system is an important part of the spray robot,which has a key factor in the quality of the car surface spray.With the development of spraying application technology and automobile manufacturers to enhance the requirements of automotive painting process,for the process control software design also put forward new requirements.Due to the lack of openness and functionality of the earlier software,it has been difficult to meet the practical application requirements,so the design of new process control software has very large commercial value and practical value.This paper is based on the new product application development project of a spraying robot,and develops the process control system software of spray robot with the actual production demand of the user.The research object of this paper is ABB's IRB5500 spray robot process control system.The design of process control system software is based on the existing ABB process control module PIB-03,whose internal operating system is embedded Linux.Firstly,the hardware and software structure of the sprayed robot process control system is analyzed.The hardware composition and control principle of the color changing system are described in detail.Then,the overall scheme of the color changing system software is given,including the software architecture,software system and application requirements of the color changing system,and the development platform of embedded Linux and the multi-thread programming technology of Python are introduced.Process control system software is divided into the underlying software of the color change system and process application software for teaching pendant.As for the underlying software of the color change system,according to the characteristics of python programming language and the functional requirements,the flow chart is designed and the functional module and user file system of color change system has been finished with python programming language,including engine module,initialization module,system module,signal processing module,sequence and cavity processing module,single line module,single2 K module,the A / B dual line module,customized module,communication module,task and alarm module and the data management module,which realized the process control and logic processing for the color change system.In addition,the interface design between the color changing system and the integrated process system enabled the way that python sequence could control the process equipment.The interface design between the PLC and the color changing system realized the independent control of the color changing system.As for the design of process application software for teach pendant,the development principle of the application module based on.NET is introduced.The modules of the application software are designed by using XML and C # language,including the brush setting sub-module,color change function sub-module,monitoring function sub-module and process parameter setting sub-module,and the author finally completed the man-machine interaction interface design,and realized the process application function for teach pendant.Finally,the function test and interface test of the color changing system of the spray robot were carried out.The effectiveness of the software was verified by monitoring the real-time output and visual simulation of the color changing system.The visual simulation platform was based on ABB's RobotStudio and Robview5 software,which monitored the robot motion,the output of the process equipment and the process flow during a color changing process.In addition,the integration proposal of the spray system is given and the system man-machine interaction test is completed on the spray test robot through the teach pendant and the GUI monitoring software.
